David Srodzinski: CEO and Founder
David has 20 years' extensive multi-national experience in the consumer electronics industry. Prior to founding Elonics David held senior positions with a number of semiconductor companies in the UK including Intel, Level One Communications and Wolfson Microelectronics.
David leads Elonics business and product strategy and ensures that Elonics' commercial objectives and business model is aligned with the needs of global partners.
David received a B.Eng from Bristol University UK in 1988 and an MBA from the University of Southampton Management School in 1996.
Steve Wood: Business Development Director
Steve develops strong working relationships with Elonics’ partners to ensure correct product definition and project scope, providing a solid business base for project execution. Steve has over 30 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in custom business.
Before joining Elonics, Steve was Imaging Business Manager for Wolfson Microelectronics plc, where he developed lasting relationships with customers, managing contract negotiations and securing future business.
Alf Sheppard: Vice President of Operations
Alf works closely with Elonics’ partners throughout every stage of projects ensuring that they are delivered to specification, on time and to cost.
Alf has over 22 years experience as a technical manager delivering all aspects of electronic IC design and supply chain management. Prior to joining Elonics, Alf was a founder member of the Cadence Design Systems Scottish Services Operation where he held the position of Services Business Manager and Solutions Architect for their worldwide services delivery organisations.
Julian Hayes: Vice President of Marketing
Julian’s role is to drive the development and implementation of Elonics strategic marketing plans globally.
Julian joined Elonics in 2008 following a nine year period at Wolfson Semiconductor where he held the position of vice-president of marketing, heading up the company’s global marketing team. In this role he was responsible for the development of the company’s strategy for the audio industry from its inception. Prior to joining Wolfson he worked at Analog Devices in a number of sales and marketing positions.
