Dr David Milne OBE FREng

As Chairman of the Board, David works with the executive team in helping to map out Elonics’ growth strategy.  This is the first new board position that David Milne has accepted since stepping down as CEO to a non-executive role within Wolfson Microelectronics in 2007 (as co-founder,  he had previously taken Wolfson Microelectronics from a university spinout to the FTSE 250).  Earlier this year David Milne also invested in Elonics as part of the company’s series A funding round.
 
 

David Srodzinski B.Eng MBA

David has 20 years' extensive multi-national experience in the consumer electronics industry. Prior to founding Elonics, David held senior positions with a number of semiconductor companies in the UK including Intel, Level One Communications and Wolfson Microelectronics. Educated with a B.Eng from Bristol University UK in 1988 and an MBA from the University of Southampton Management School in 1996.
 
David leads Elonics business and product strategy and ensures that Elonics' commercial objectives and business model are aligned with the needs of global partners.
 
 

Fred Hallsworth B.Acc ICAS
Non Executive Director

 
Fred Hallsworth has held a number of senior management positions in the Professional Services sector including Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Audit and Managing Partner of Andersen Cambridge, Managing Partner of Andersen Scotland, and latterly Senior Client Service Partner and Head of TMC for Deloitte Scotland.
 
In January 2005, Fred founded The Hallsworth Partnership, and began his new career as a non-executive director and consultant specialising in TMC and Life Sciences companies. His role tends to be a blend of corporate finance advisory, commercial advisory and, for pre IPO or public companies, corporate governance. He is qualified to chair audit committees and sit on Sarbanes-Oxley compliant US audit committees.
